Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to return, at your own expense, the item(s) you wish to be refunded for.

For a return to be accepted, the product(s) must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unopened and unused. Any gifts received with your order must also be returned.

To request a refund, you can contact our Customer Service team by email at consumers@vip-factory.com, stating "exchange and refund" as the subject of your request.

Our Customer Service team will let you know what steps to follow.

Return costs will be added to the amount refunded for your initial order.

Once the product(s) have been accepted, we will refund the item(s) concerned.

VIP-FACTORY undertakes to process the refund as soon as possible, and within 14 days at the latest. You will then be able to place a new order on our website www.preevi-nature.com.

Processing of returned parcels may take between 1 and 2 weeks. Beyond this period, please contact our Customer Service team.
